How to make counting fun for preschoolers
Learning to count can be a fun activity for your preschool age child. Introduce number fluency through flash cards and activities. Learning sessions with preschoolers should be short and engaging. To make learning more fun, have your child count objects they use every day. They can count their socks as they put them on their feet. They can count the number of plates or bowls that are set on the table. Engage them with active games, for example, lay out five flash cards and have your child go on a scavenger hunt for items that match the number on the card. They could find one brush, two cars, three books and so on.
